青海省2011年疾病监测点伤害死亡率分析

目的了解青海省10个疾病监测点居民2011年伤害死亡情况,为全省伤害防治工作提供依据。方法居民死亡资料来源于2011年青海省10个疾病监测点的死因监测数据,按照《国际疾病分类》ICD-10的标准进行分类,应用SPSS13.0和Excel 2003软件对伤害死亡率、标化死亡率等指标进行分析。结果 2011年青海省10个疾病监测点居民因伤害死亡813例,占总死亡数的11.02%,伤害粗死亡率为39.54/10万,居全死因第4位;前5位伤害死因依次为机动车事故、意外跌落、自杀、中毒、溺水;男性伤害死亡率59.22/10万,女性伤害死亡率18.58/10万,男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论伤害是危害我省不同地区居民的重要死亡原因,应有针对性地开展伤害预防和干预工作。

Analysis on injury mortality rate of disease monitoring sites in Qinghai Province in 2011

Objective To understand the injury mortality status of 10 disease monitoring sites in Qinghai in 2011,and provide basis for prevention and control of injury.Method Collect and classify the monitoring data about residents' death causes from 10 disease monitoring sites according to ICD-10 standard specified by International Classification of Diseases,and analyze the injury mortality rate,standardized injury mortality rate and other indexes by SPSS13.0 and Excel 2003.Results 813 injury death cases were reported among 10 disease monitoring sites in Qinghai in 2011,which accounted for 11.02% of the total death number.The crude injury mortality rate was 39.54/100 000,which ranked fourth among all the death causes.The top five injury death causes were traffic accident,accidental falling down,suicide,poisoning and drowning in sequence.The injury mortality rate was 59.22/100 000 among men and 18.58/ 100 000 among women.The mortality rate of men was higher than that of women,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Injury had become the important death cause in Qinghai Province,and we should conduct injury prevention and intervention of injury.
