超声心动图诊断肺动脉吊带的临床价值

目的:探讨超声心动图(echocardiography,ECG)对先天性心脏病肺动脉吊带(pulmonary artery sling,PAS)的临床价值.方法:超声心动图诊断PAS 25例,可疑2例,经手术证实25例,回顾性分析其超声心动图表现.结果:27例研究对象中,超声心动图诊断与术中探查吻合率为93％.25例手术证实的PAS患者中,9例合并动脉导管未闭,3例合并室间隔缺损,3例合并房间隔缺损,2例合并主动脉缩窄,1例合并左上腔静脉,1例合并法洛四联症并右位主动脉弓,1例合并重度肺动脉瓣狭窄.所有术后患者均行超声心动图检查评价其疗效.结论:肺动脉吊带是极为少见的先天性心脏病,超声心动图技术可以为肺动脉吊带畸形的早期诊断及手术疗效的评价提供一种及时、无创、准确的方法.

The value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary artery sling

Objective To explore the value of echocardiography(ECG) in the diagnosis of pulmonary artery sling(PAS).Methods 27 patients with suspected PAS by ECG were included and 25 patients were confirmed by operation,the characteristics of the patients by ECG were analyzed.Results The accuracy of ECG was 93%.Among the 25 cases confirmed by operation,9 patients was combined with patent ductus arteriosis,3 with ventricular septal defect,3 with atrial septal defect;2 with coarctation of the aorta,1 with left superior vena cava,1 with TOF and right aortic arch,and 1 with critical pulmonary stenosis.All the patients received ECG postoperatively.Conclusion Echocardiography can provide a noninvasive,timely,and accurate method for the early diagnosis of PAS and the evaluation of surgery effects.
