| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我国各医院内老年护理现状。方法：对84所医院护士进行问卷调查，了解医院对老年人的基础护理、生活护理、心理护理、健康教育及健康指导6方面的情况。结果：医院老年人的基础护理、生活护理、心理护理实施率在54．0％以上，对于健康指导及康复训练方面，实施率在11．9％～59．5％，多数小于50％。结论：目前，各医院对老年人仍缺少人性化、个性化的护理，健康、康复护理仍有待于完善和提高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the statue of old-age nursing inside each hospital of our country.Methods:Nurses in 84 hospitals were investigated about the old people's foundation nursing,the life nursing,psychosocial nursing,health education and guide. Results:In these hospitals,the implement rate of the old people's foundation nursing,life nursing,psychosocial nursing was above 54.0%,the implement rate of health instruction and rehabilitation training was between 11.9%and 59.5%,most less than 50%.Conclusion: Hum... |
