| 摘 要： | 硬皮病是以皮肤及各种内脏器官纤维化为特征的一种结缔组织病,其病因和发病机制尚未明确。为探讨硬皮病的病因、发病机制,人们从流行病学、血管学说、胶原代谢、免疫学及遗传学等方面进行了大量研究,结果表明,该病与种族、地域分布差异、自身抗体、细胞因子以及基因等密切相关。目前研究的热点是细胞因子与本病的相关性。

| Abstract: | Scleroderma is a kind of connective tissue disease characterized by the fibrosisization of skin and internal organs.Its pathogenesis and mechanism have not been identified.A lot of researches in prevalence,vascular,fibrillin,immunology and heredity have being done in order to study the pathogenesis,mechanism of scleroderma.It has been reported that the disease may be closely releated to races,regions,autoantibodies,cytokines and genes.Currently,it becomes a hot spot to study cytokines associated with this disease. |
