| 摘 要： | 目的研究中药参七汤对肺癌小鼠肺组织中基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）表达的影响,初步探讨其预防肿瘤复发及转移的作用机制。方法T739近交系小鼠60只,按照体重相近配对原则,分为西药化疗组、中药干预组及荷瘤对照组,每组各20只小鼠。西药化疗组给予腹腔注射环磷酰胺溶液,连续5d;中药干预组给予参七汤灌胃,连续21d;各组均于造模后第22d处死小鼠,用免疫组化法观察各组小鼠肺组织MMP-9表达的变化。结果参七汤可以改善肺癌小鼠的全身一般情况,MMP-9阳性表达在西药化疗组（阳性指数3级以上者15%）及中药干预组（阳性指数3级以上者30%）均显著低于荷瘤对照组（阳性指数3级以上者75%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药参七汤可显著下调肺癌小鼠肺组织MMP-9的表达,推测参七汤可预防肿瘤的复发及转移。
