| 摘 要： | 目的观察羟基脲对体外培养的脑膜瘤细胞增殖的影响及其对细胞凋亡的诱导作用.方法采用细胞计数法测定脑膜瘤细胞的增殖情况,运用光镜、电镜、DNA电泳及流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡情况.结果羟基脲能明显抑制脑膜瘤细胞的增殖,电镜、DNA电泳及流式细胞仪检测有明显的凋亡改变.结论羟基脲可能通过诱导细胞产生凋亡来抑制脑膜瘤细胞的增殖.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of hydroxyurea on proliferation and its inducing effect on apoptosis of culture meningioma cells in vitro.Methods Cell count was applied to determine the proliferation of meningioma cells, while light microscope, electron microscope, DNA electrophoresis and flow cytometry analysis were used to measure the apoptosis of cells.Results Hydroxyurea could remarkably inhibit the proliferation of meningioma cells, and the typical apoptosis was observed by flow electron micrograph, electrophoresis and cytometry analysis .Conclusion Hydroxyurea can inhibit the proliferation of meningioma cells by inducing apoptosis. |
