强力霉素联合阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的疗效观察

目的：观察强力霉素联合阿奇霉素对衣原体和支原体引起的非淋茵性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法：将187例非淋茵性宫颈炎患者随机分为A组（强力霉素组63例）、B组（阿奇霉素组60例）及c组（阿奇霉素＋强力霉素组64例），疗程结束后2周观察临床症状及衣原体和支原体转阴率。结果：联合用药（C组）对衣原体感染或支原体感染及衣原体、支原体混合感染都有很好的转阴效果，转阴率分别达到91．18％、89．47％和90．91％，能有效消除或减轻临床症状及体征，其疗效分别显著优于单独使用强力霉素（A组）及阿奇霉素（B组）（P〈0．05）。结论：强力霉素联合阿奇霉素治疗非淋茵性宫颈炎疗效显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical effects of azithromycin combined with doxycycline on patients with nongonococcal cervicitis

Objectives： To observe the clinical effects of azithromycin combined with doxyeycline on nongonococcal cerviei- tis patients with Chlamydia and Myeoplasma infection. Methods： 187 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis were randomly divid- ed into three groups： group A involving 63 patients who used doxycyeline, group B involving 60 patients who used azithromycin and group C involving 64 patients who used both azithremyein and doxycyeline. Two weeks after treatment, the clinical symptoms and the pathogen negative conversion rate were recorded. Results： In group C, a high negative conversion rate could be obtained by combined use of azithromyein and doxycycline in Chlamydia infection or Mycoplasma infection and mixed Chlamydia and Myco- plasma infection. Those rates, being 91.18%, 89.47% and 90.91% respectively, were significantly higher than those in group A and group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Coneluslon： The combination of azithromyein and doxyeycline is an effective therapeutic approach to treat nongonococeal cervieitis due to Chlamydia and Myeoplasma infection. It is worth further clinical application.
