川崎病患儿血小板参数变化及临床意义

目的　探讨川崎病 (KD)患儿血小板参数变化及临床意义。方法　对 3 5名川崎病患儿及同期健康儿童 2 6名进行血小板计数 (PLT)、平均血小板体积 (MPV)、血小板分布宽度 (PDW )和血小板压积 (PCT)测定。结果　川崎病患儿急性期PDW较对照组有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,PCT较对照组有明显差异 (P <0 0 1) ,PLT、MPV较对照组无显著差异 (P>0 0 5 ) ,恢复期各项指标与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;急性期较恢复PLT ,PCT有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,MPV有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,PDW无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　血小板参数可作为判断川崎病患儿病情恢复程度和监测病情变化及指导临床用药的指标。

Changes and clinical significance of platelet parametar in children with kawasaki disease

Objective To study the change and clinical significance of platelet parameter in children with Kawasaki disease (KD). Methods Blood platelet counts (PLT),Medial platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW), and platele themato crit (PCT) were detected by using the blood assay apparatus of model CD-3700.Resutls The blood PCT in KD children in acute period was significantly higher than thac in mormal children (P<0 01), PDW was lower in KD ccildre than normal onel than those (P<0.05). PLT and PCT in recovery period were significantly higher than those of mormal children (P<0.01). PLT?PCT and MPV in recovery period of KD children were significantly higher than those in acute period(P<0.05-0.01). PDW were unchangeaas compare with that in acute period children (P>0.05).Conclusion Platelet parameter could be used in judging the recovery degree of KD children, evaluating variety of the patient's condition and assisting clinical therapey.
