| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析我院同一天测血气和钾、钠、氯离子的肺心病９０２例，其中发生三重酸碱失衡（ＴＡＢＤ）者１４例，占１．５５％。在１４例三重酸碱失衡者中导致多器官衰竭（ＭＯＦ）者１２例。经分析表明，肺心病ＴＡＢ容易发生ＭＯＦ，发生率为８５．７％（呼酸型７５．０％，呼碱型１００％）。本组肺心病ＴＡＢＤ的病死率为３５．８％（呼酸型３７．３％，呼碱型４０％）。本文还就肺心病ＴＡＢＤ与ＭＯＦ之间的关系，诊断标准及防治等问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | rom 1980 through 1992,902 patients with cor pulmonale were
admitted to our hospital and 14 patients were complicated with triple acid-base
disturbances(TABD).The relation-ship between cor pulmonale in exacerhation stage with TABD
and multiple organ failure(MOF)was analysed.The data showed that patients with cor pulmonale
in exacerbationstage complicated with TABD were very susceptible to development
MOF(12/14).The inci-dence rate in this group was 85.7%,among which respiratory acidosis type
was 75%andrespiratory alkalosis type 100%,The mortality in this group was 35.8%,the former
was37.3%and the latter 40%,Adiscussion about the relation between TABD and MOF,criteriaof
diagnosis of cor pulmonale with TABD,prophylaxis and therapy of this complication werecarried
out. |
