| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定豆腐果苷滴丸中豆腐果苷含量的方法。方法：采用Aglient SB—C18柱（4．6×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（10：89：1），流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长270nm，柱温40℃ 。结果：豆腐果苷在0．1011～2．022μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．99998），平均回收率100．74％，RSD为2．44％（n=9）。结论：本法简单、快速、分析结果准确、专属性强，可用于豆腐果苷滴丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the determination Helicid in Helicid Dropping pill by HPLC. Method： Using Agilent SB - C18 4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm as analytic column, Acetonitrilc - Watre - Acetic acid glacial （10： 89：1 ） as the mobile phase, At a flow rate of 1. 0ml·min^-1, The detection wavelength was 270nm. A column temperature 40℃. Result： The linearity of forsythin in the range of 0. 1011 μg -2. 022μg was good （r =0. 99998）, The average recover is 100. 74% and RSD is 2.44% （n = 9）, Conclusion： The method developed simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and specific. It can beapplied to the quality control of Helicid Dropping pill. |
