我院临床药师在药学服务工作中担当的角色

目的总结我院临床药师实际工作经验,探讨临床药师可实行的工作模式。方法以呼吸科临床药师为例,分析临床药师在临床工作中担当的角色。结果与结论我院临床药师在临床工作中担任了重要职责,是患者用药的宣教者、医嘱制定的参与者、个体化治疗的倡导者、问题医嘱的监督者、药物不良反应的报告者、药学知识的普及者。

Roles of Our Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Pharmaceutical Care

Objective To summarize roles and experiences of our clinical pharmacist taking part in clinical practice. Methods The mode and roles of clinical pharmacist working in respiration ward were summarized by our practice. Results and Conclutions The main job of clinical pharmacist include explanation of drug message to patients, participating the formulating of medical order, proposition of individualization treatment, supervision of improper medical advises, reporting adverse drug reaction, instruction of pharmaceutical knowledge. Although we have had some performance, there is also a lot of work to engage.
