| 摘 要： | 免疫抑制剂环孢素在临床上应用已超过16年，但其使用仍有一定的局限性。近年来，可用于免疫抑制剂的新药数量成倍增长，如霉酚酸酯、他克莫司、西罗莫司、达克力莫和巴期力莫等。结合治疗药物浓度监测，本文就免疫抑制药物的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Progress in immunosuppressant research was developed rap idly in recent years,and a number of new agents have been marketed since the fir st member,cyclosporin,came into market 16 years ago.In this paper,some new immun osupressants,such as mycophenolate mofetil,tacrolimus,sirolimus,daclizumab and b asiliximab,were reviewed in conjunction with drug concentration monitoring. |
