盐酸二甲双胍对糖耐量减低患者的干预研究

为观察二甲双胍对糖耐量减低患者糖代谢，胰岛素敏感性及其转归的影响，对７０例ＩＧＴ患者进行为期１年的双盲和对照性二甲双胍治疗研究。结果：治疗组１年期间转变为糖病者１例，维持ＩＧＴ者４例，转变为正常者２８例，而对照组上述病例数分别为６（１６．２％），１２（３２．４％）和１９（５１．４％），Ｐ＝０．０１１。与对照组相比，二甲双胍治疗能改善空腹血糖，胰岛素敏感指数，降低尿蛋白排泄率，腰围／臂围比值和体重指

EFFECT OF METFORMIN ON IMPAIRED GLUCOSE TOLERANCE PATIENTS

In order to evaluate the effect of metformin on glucose metabolism, insulin sensitivity and conversion rate of DM in IGT patients, a total of 33 subjects with IGT were given metformin and or placebo to 37 patients for one year period in a double blind, placebo controlled study. The results showed that in metformin group 1 IGT patient converted into DM(3.0%), 4 remained unchanged(12.1%) and 28 became normal(84.9%) one year later, while in placebo group the above data were 6(16.2%), 12(32.4%) and 19(51.4%), respectively, ( P =0.011). Metformin treatment was associated with improvement of FBS, and IAI, UAE, WHR and BMI were also decreased with statistical significance compared with placebo group. Therefore, metformin might be fo some benefit in intervention of IGT patients.
