2006-2010年南宁市疟疾疫情监测分析

目的了解南宁市疟疾疫情流行特征与规律,探讨进一步控制疟疾疫情的对策与措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集南宁市2006-2010年疟疾监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2006-2010年全市报告疟疾发病94例,其中间日疟51例,恶性疟36例,三日疟1例。每年均有病例报告,2008年后发病呈逐年升高趋势。病例分布于全市12个县区。发病季节呈全年分布,以5～10月最高。男女性别比为23.5∶1,年龄18～54岁。主要发病群体为外出务工人员,感染来源地主要为非洲和东南亚。结论输入性疟疾病例是本市疟疾疫情的特点,无内源性病例及继发二代病例,为实现疟疾消除目标,仍需采取以控制传染源为主的综合防治策略。

Monitoring and analysis on the epidemic situation of Malaria in Nanning during 2006 to 2010

Objective To understand the epidemic features and regularity of malaria in Nanning and explore the countermeasures and measures for further control the diseases.Method Adopting retrospective survey methods for collecting monitoring data of malaria during 2006 to 2010 and then carrying out statistical analysis.Results During 2006 to 2010,total of 94 malaria cases were reported,among them,51 cases were tertian fever,36 cases were algid pernicious fever,1 was febris tritaea.The cases were reported in every year and the incidence rate showed up tendency after 2008.Cases were distribution in all 12 counties and cases were found in whole year,the peak time was from May to October.The sex ratio of male to female was 23.5:1,the age was from 18 to 54.The high risk group was migrant workers,the main source of infection were from Africa and Southeast Asia.Conclusions imported malaria cases were the characteristic of the epidemic in our city,there was no endogenous cases and secondary second generation cases.We should to take comprehensive control strategies for realization goal of eliminating malaria.
