急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白水平的分析

目的 了解急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平的变化与病情严重程度及预后的关系.方法 对48例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和30名健康体检者(对照组)血清CRP水平进行测定,并进行比较.按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)标准进行评分.结果 脑梗死组CRP水平高于对照组,脑梗死组中CRP水平显著升高者NDS评分的改善低于CRP水平轻度升高者.结论 CRP水平是临床评价脑梗死严重程度和预后的一个重要生物学指标.

Analysis of the level of serum CRP in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the level of C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on severity and the prognosis of brain infarction. Methods 48 patients and 30 healthy persons as control were entrolled in this study. The serum level of CRP were detemined. All the patients were scored by clinic neurological function deficit scale (NDS). Results The serum level of CRP in the patients with cerebral infarction was higher than in normal controls. The group with obvious abnoemal serum level of CRP had lower score of NDS and worse progrosis. Conclusions serum levels of CRP is an important biological marker to evaluate the severity and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
