尼莫地平的电化学性质研究及其应用

摘    要:目的研究尼莫地平在非水溶液中的电化学行为,建立检测方法并应用于尼莫地平片中尼莫地平含量的测定。方法采用循环伏安(CV)法及差分脉冲(DPV)法。结果在0.5mol/L高氯酸四丁铵(TBAP)的乙腈溶液中,尼莫地平在铂电极上有一灵敏的氧化峰,其浓度在1.0×10^-7~5×10^-3,mol/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系(DPV),线性回归方程为,I=0.00138±59.61C(r=0.9985),检出限为1×10^-7mol/L。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简便,重现性好,可用于尼莫地平的检测。

Abstract:Objective To study the electrochemical behaviours of nimodipine and to establish the analysis method. Methods Cyclic vohammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were applied to the determination of nimodipine in Nimodipine Tablets. Results In 0. 5 mol/L TBAP buffer solution, the sensitive oxidization peak of nimodipine was obtained. The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of nimodipine over the range of 1.0 × 10^-7 -5 × 10^-3 mol/L with the detection limit of 1 ×10^-7 mol/L (by DPV),Limear regression equation is 1 =0. 001 38 + 59.61 (r =0. 998 5). Conclusion This method is accurate and dependable with simplicity of operation and good reproducibility. The method can be applied to the determination of nimodipine.
