武汉地区33家医院2008-2010年双膦酸盐药物应用分析

目的:研究双膦酸盐在武汉地区33家医院2008–2010年的应用情况和发展趋势。方法:采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对武汉地区33家医院2008–2010年双膦酸盐有关数据进行统计分析。结果:双膦酸盐销售金额和用药频度逐年增加。第一代双膦酸盐氯屈膦酸的使用呈现下降趋势,第二代和第三代双膦酸盐占据了主要市场,其中以唑来膦酸和阿仑膦酸为主。结论:双膦酸盐在骨吸收相关性疾病中的应用逐渐受到重视,第一代双膦酸盐仍有一定的应用,但第二代和第三代双膦酸盐已经占据了主要市场。

Analysis of consumption of diphosphonate in 33 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period of 2008 - 2010

Objective： To evaluate the status quo and the developmental tendency of consumption of diphosphonate in 33 hospitals of Wuhan during the period of 2008 – 2010.Methods： Using the analytical method of the defined daily dose（DDD） recommended by the WHO,the data of diphosphonate in 33 hospitals of Wuhan from 2008 – 2010 were statistically analyzed in respect to consumption sum and DDDs.Results： During the past three years,the consumption sums and DDDs of diphosphonate increased yearly.The application of clodronate,the 1st generation diphosphonate,decreased in Wuhan.The 2nd and 3rd generation diphosphonates were widely used and took a high proportion of the market,especially for zoledronic acid and alendronic acid.Conclusion： The use of diphosphonates was paid more attention to in bone resorption diseases.The 1st generation diphosphonates were still used in clinical practice,while the 2nd and 3rd generation diphosphonates were the most widely used diphosphonates which occupied the major market.
