| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿奇霉素不良反应/事件的发生情况,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对两所二、三级综合性医院2007～2010年间药品不良反应/事件报告进行统计分析。结果阿奇霉素不良反应/事件累及5大系统-器官,涉及15个病种,以消化系统不良反应和过敏反应较多。53.92%不良反应为婴幼儿及儿童患者,74.51%不良反应发生在用药2小时内。结论阿奇霉素不良反应/事件消化系统和过敏反应较多,婴幼儿应慎用。 |
