认定戒断毒瘾工作与禁毒社会工作研究—戒断率与复吸率探讨

本文通过上海市杨浦区开展禁毒社会工作后,禁毒社会工作者配合禁毒办、公安局开展认定工作,在认定中运用社会工作的价值观、理论模式、专业方法,整合社会资源,使服务对象摆脱对毒品的依赖,提高戒断率,提升服务对象的社会功能。指出:要提高戒断率、降低复吸率,应运用个案、小组、家庭等专业方法;从建立和完善就业、就医机制等进行系统性整合,提出相关对策和建议。
