| 摘 要： | 目的了解儿童药物不良反应(ADRs)发生情况和危害,促进儿科临床合理用药。方法对我院2006～2010年收集上报的262例药品不良反应资料进行回顾性分析和评价。结果 262例ADRs中,1个月至3岁婴幼儿发生ADRs最多,占总例数58.77%(154例);静脉给药ADRs发生率最高,占总例数97.3.%(255例);在使用的药物中,抗生素ADRs发生率最高,占总例数55.34%(145例),临床表现主要为变态反应,以皮肤及其附件损伤多见。结论婴幼儿ADRs发生率较高,抗生素和静脉给药更易引起ADRs,应进一步加强儿童ADRs监测,避免和减少儿童ADRs发生。
