| 摘 要： | 1例41岁女性患者,因重型再生障碍性贫血伴月经持续10余日并腹痛,给予静脉注射尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶1 U,5 min后出现过敏性休克。遂高流量面罩给氧,给予地塞米松、肾上腺素、多巴胺等对症治疗,1 h后患者症状改善。

| Abstract: | One 41-year-old woman with severe aplastic anemia accompanied by continous menses for over 10 days and stomachache,was intravenously given haemocoagulase agkistrodon 1 U,and anaphylactic shock occurred 5 minutes later.Then the patient received the therapy of high flow mask oxygen inhalation and boosting pressure,dexamethasone,epinephrine,dopamine were given for symptomatic treatment.One hour later,her symptoms improved. |
