HPLC法测定溃疡宁片中甘草苷及甘草酸的含量

目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定溃疡宁片中甘草苷及甘草酸的含量。方法：色谱柱：AgilentHC—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：以乙腈为流动相A，0．1％磷酸为流动相B，按一定比例进行梯度洗脱；检测波长为237nm。结果：甘草苷进样量在0．089～0．447μg范围内峰面积积分值与进样量呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均加样回收率99．54％，RSD=0．20％（n=6）；甘草酸进样量在0．516～2．582Ixg范围内峰面积积分值与进样量呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率100．34％，RSD=0．41％（n=6）。结论：该方法易于操作，结果准确，重复性好，可用于渍疡宁的质量控制。

Determination of Liquiritin and Glycryrhigic Acid in Kuiyangning Tablets by HPLC

Objective： To develop a method to determine the content of liquiritin and glycryrhigic acid in Kuiyangning tablets by HPLC. Method： Agilent HC-CI8 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile as the mobile phase A and 0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase B with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was at 237 nm. Result： A good linear correlation of liquiritin was observed within the range of 0. 089-0. 447 μg （ r = 0. 999 7 ） , and the average recovery was 99.54 % with RSD of 0. 20 %. A good linear correlation of glycryrhigic acid was obtained within the range of 0. 516-2. 582 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）, and the average recovery was 100. 34 % with RSD of 0.41%. Conclusion： The method is conveinient, sensitive and accu- rate. It can be used in the quality control of Kuiyangning tablets.
