眼睛式成形术治疗二尖瓣脱垂并关闭不全

目的　探讨治疗二尖瓣脱垂并关闭不全新的手术方式。方法　采用“眼睛式”成形术 ,更新完善传统术式 ,治疗二尖瓣脱垂并关闭不全患者。结果　采用此种新术式 5例 ,无手术死亡病例 ,无二次成形或换瓣 ,心前区杂音全部消失。超声心动图示二尖瓣无返流、二尖瓣狭窄及左室流出道梗阻。随访无复发 ,无血栓、赘生物及瓣叶撕裂。结论　“眼睛式”成形术安全、简便有效 ,适用于各种病因引起的二尖瓣脱垂并关闭不全

Eye-type reconstrutive operation for treatment of mitral insufficiency and prolapse

Objective To research the new operative method for mitral value prolapse combined with insufficiency.Methods To improve and renew the traditional operation ,the patients with mitral value prolapse and mitral insufficiency were treated with eye-type reconstructive operation.Results In 5 patients with this new operative method,there was no operative death or second value replacemant,and the precardial murmur blotted entirely out. Echocardiagraphy showed no mitral reflur and obstruction of left ventricular outlet after operation.In followed-up,not relapse,thrombosis,vegetation and valve laceration were seen.Conclusion Eye-type reconstructive operation is safe,simple and effective.It is suitable for all causes of mitral valve prolapse and mitral insufficiency.
