上海市闵行区涉苯企业职业卫生管理现况及监管对策

目的通过分析闵行区涉苯企业职业卫生管理现状,进一步促进闵行区职业卫生防治工作的开展,为涉苯企业卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,在闵行区12个镇(街道)中随机抽取10个镇(街道),每个镇(街道)各抽取5家涉苯企业,共抽取50家涉苯企业。运用Epidata、Excel建立数据库,统计分析采用SPSS11.5完成。结果在50家企业中未进行过涉苯危害因素职业病危害预评价占42%,未进行过涉苯危害因素职业病危害控制效果评价占54%;1家企业配备了兼职职业卫生专业人员,仅占2%;等。结论涉苯企业在职业卫生管理工作中存在不足,企业职业卫生管理人员业务素质有待提高,卫生行政部门应进一步加强对涉苯企业预防性职业卫生及职业健康监护的监督管理。

Occupational Health Condition of Enterprises with Benzene Use in Minhang District,Shanghai
