摘    要:采用体外放射性同位素测定技术,观察了溴氰菊酯对雄性大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体钙离子转运的影响,结果表明溴氰菊酯能明显降低大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体45Ca主动摄取的能力,与对照组相比均具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),且存在明显的剂量效应关系。而溴氰菊酯对大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体45Ca被动释放的动力学表明,它可显著增加45Ca从线粒体、微粒体内的被动流出,与对照组相比差异均显著(P<0.05或p<0.01),且有明显的剂量效应关系。另外,溴氰菊酯还能明显抑制大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体Ca2+-ATP酶的活力,与对照组相比差异均显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),也存在明显的剂量效应关系。

Abstract:Radioactive isotope technique in vitro was used to observe the effect of decamethrin on calcium transport in rat liver mitochondria and microsome.The results indicated that decamethrin could decrease the ability of45 Ca uptake by mitochondria and microsome(P<0.01,compared with control group) on a dose-effect relation.Decamethrin could increase45 Ca released from mitochondria and microsome(P<0.05 or P<0.01,compared with control group).Dose-effect relation and time-effect relation were also noticed.The activity of Ca-atpase was also inhibited(P<0.05 or P<0.01,compared with control group) on dose-effect relation.
