| 摘 要： | [目的]研究复方儿茶水提液（water extration solution of catechu composita，WESCC）的急性毒性，探讨WESCC的安全性。[方法]应用改良寇氏改良法测定WESCC的半数致死量（LD50）。应用常规法观察WECC对家兔急性皮肤刺激性和急性皮肤毒性。光镜下观察小鼠心、肝、肾组织的形态结构变化。[结果]WESCC的LD50为268g／kg。WESCC对家兔没有急性皮肤刺激性和急性皮肤毒性。WESCC对小鼠心、肝、肾的形态结构没有改变。[结论]实验结果表明WESCC的低毒性。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the acute toxicity of water extration solution of catechu composita(WESCC).To investigate thesafety of WESCC.[Methods] The LD_(50) of WESCC in mice was assayed with improved karbers method.The skin stimulation and skin acute toxicity of WESCC in rabbit was observed with routine method.The tissue structural change of heart,hepatic and kidney in mice were observed under light microscope. [Results] WESCC no toxicosis were observed found in mice(LD_(50)=268 g/kg) and no skin stimulation and no skin acute toxcant take place.WESCC didnt change tissue structural of heart,hepatic and kidney in mice.[Conclusion] WESCC is low toxicity. |
