吸入性变应原与儿童支气管哮喘的关系及脱敏治疗价值的研究

目的 研究吸入性变应原与儿童支气管哮喘的关系及脱敏疗法治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床应用价值.方法 应用吸入性变应原对支气管哮喘病人进行皮内试验;将56例儿童支气管哮喘随机分为两组,分别为脱敏治疗组及对照组.疗程8～12个月,观察临床疗效.结果 56例儿童支气管哮喘中56例皮试阳性,占100%.脱敏治疗8～12个月临床症状得到良好的控制,36例脱敏治疗2年复发率明显低于对照组(x2=4.92,P＜0.05).结论 脱敏治疗儿童支气管哮喘有较好疗效.

Study on the valence of desensitization treatment and the relationship of inhalation allergen and children bronchial asthma

Objective Study on the clinical application valence of desensitization treatment children bronchial asthma and the relationship of inhalation allergen and children bronchial asthma. Methods Using inhalation allergen, the patients of bronchial asthma were intradermal tested; 56 asthmaic patients are randomly divided into 2 groups: 1 of 2 desensitization treatment, the second as control groups. The therapy endures 8-12 months. Clinical effects are observed. Results 56 cases in 56 cases children bronchial asthma test were poisitive(100%); desensitization treatment for 8-12 months can achieve optimal symptom control. Recurrence rate of 2 years in 36 cases desensitization treatment were magnificently lower than control group(x2=4.92, P<0.05). Conclusions Desensitization treatment is an effective method in the therapy of children bronchial asthma.
