| 摘 要： | 目的研究尿白蛋白肌酐比（urinary albumin creatinine ratio,UACR）与高血压患者危险度的关系。方法对入选的174例尿白蛋白/肌酐异常的高血压患者进行Logistic回归分析;并按心血管疾病的危险因素、靶器官损害和相关的临床情况将高血压患者分为四组：低危组（n=14）,中危组（n=26）,高危组（n=21）,极高危组（n=113）,所有患者均检测血脂、血压,UACR。结果 Logistic回归分析显示脂肪肝和收缩压与UACR异常的高血压患者具有关联性。在危险度组分析中TCHO、TG、HDL和LDL在四组间无差别。UACR在低危组与高危组及极高危组间有差异（P〈0.05）。结论高血压患者的危险度与尿白蛋白排出量相关联。
