| 摘 要： | 目的：调查门诊输液患者发生输液反应的状况，并探讨其预防措施。方法：回顾性分析门诊50例输液反应发生的原因．分析并总结护理经验，应用于临床。结果：门诊输液反应的发生很大程度上与护理密切相关，通过改善护理可以明显降低门诊输液反应的发生率。结论：引起门诊患者输液反应的护理因素多数属于可控制性的，采用适当的措施可降低输液反应的发生率。
