双能量头部CTA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用

目的探讨双源CT的双能量头部CT血管造影（CTA）在临床诊断颅内动脉瘤（AN）中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析了我院自2007年以来26例经介入治疗或手术证实颅内动脉瘤患者的双能量CTA影像学资料,双能量CTA处理后图像由两位放射科医师采用双盲法进行分析。结果 26例在我院经介入治疗或手术证实为颅内动脉瘤患者中,共发现动脉瘤33个,其中19例为单发动脉瘤,3例为2个动脉瘤,2例为4个动脉瘤。双能CTA共检出动脉瘤27个,漏诊6个,其检查的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为81.82%、81.82%及100%。结论双能量CTA作为一种快速、无创性检查技术,能帮助准确诊断颅内动脉瘤,降低受检者和操作者的检查难度。

Application of dual energy CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms

Objective To investigate the application of dual energy CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms by using dual-source CT.
