| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI与18F-FDG PET/CT在鼻咽癌放疗后局部复发与纤维化鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 32例鼻咽癌放疗后,临床怀疑肿瘤复发的患者,均行MRI平扫及GD-DTPA增强检查,其中18例行FDG PET显影,最后诊断依靠病理检查和临床随访与放疗后纤维化鉴别。结果 32例患者中,MRI检查的准确率为71%（23/32）,FDG PET显影的准确率为88%（16/18）,其中3例MRI扫描未见鼻咽部肿瘤,FDG PET显示鼻咽局部异常浓聚,9例MRI扫描鼻咽壁增厚,怀疑肿瘤复发,FDG PET未见异常浓聚,临床活检证实其中6例为纤维斑块,3例为肿瘤复发。结论 18F-FDG PET/CT结合MRI对鼻咽癌放射治疗后局部复发与纤维化的鉴别诊断具有更重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of MRI and18F-FDG PET/CT in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) postradiotherapy follow-up. Methods Thirty-two patients with clinically suspected recurrent of NPC did MRI and GD-DTPA enhanced scaning ,18 cases of them examined with FDG PET imaging.The differential diagnosis of radiofibrasis and recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma(RNPC) were confirmed by pathology or clinical follow-up.
