| 摘 要： | 目的认识高位心包上隐窝的CT表现,对其诊断与鉴别诊断探讨归纳。方法回顾分析1057例因各种原因进行检查的胸部CT图像,由2名有经验的医师诊断,统计高位心包上隐窝的阳性率,测量其大小,归纳其特征表现。结果 21例最后被确认为高位心包上隐窝,占1.99%。横轴位最长径31.0mm,平均长径16.5mm。在横轴位上表现为右侧气管旁区卵圆形、半月形、三角形或多边形水样密度结构,冠、矢状位呈长条带状,上部呈囊袋状盲端,往下紧贴头臂动脉和升主动脉右侧壁,向尾侧与心包上隐窝相连。结论 CT能较好诊断高位心包上隐窝,薄层扫描,多平面重建和增强扫描有助于诊断与鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective Understand the CT features of the high-riding superior pericardial recess(HSPR). Methods 1057 cases of chest CT scans for various reasons were reviewed by two experienced doctors. We measure its size, determine the prevalence and appearance of HSPR.
