丝裂霉素C联合可调整缝线小梁切除术治疗青光眼疗效观察

目的：探讨丝裂霉素c联合可调整缝线小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法：将2008年2月-2010年6月收治的青光眼患者160例随机分为治疗组（80例）和常规治疗组（80例），观察两组疗效及并发症。结果：两组治疗前、后眼压比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组并发症、浅前房分度比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：应用丝裂霉素C联合可调整缝线小梁切除术治疗青光眼．可主动测节青光眼滤过手术的滤过量，防止滤过道粘连阻塞，有效地控制眼压水平，最大限度地减少术后并发症，提高青光眼的手术成功率。
