| 摘 要： | 目的：观察银杏达莫注射液治疗脑动脉硬化脑供血不全的临床疗效。方法：将确诊为脑动脉硬化脑供血不全的患者随机分成两组，对照组进行常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏达莫注射液，每日1次，2周为1个疗程。结果：头昏、嗜睡、记忆力减退等症状及血液流变学检查治疗组明显好于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（火0．05）。结论：银杏达莫注射液治疗脑动脉硬化脑供血不全安全有效。
