| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定坎地沙坦酯分散片含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：色谱柱为Symmetry C18（4．6mm×50mm,5μm）；流动相：乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺（700：300：0．3：0．3），检测波长：254nm，流速：1．0ml／min。结果：坎地沙坦酯在1．0625～10．5000μg／ml范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．1％（n=5），RSD为0．24％。结论：本法简便、快速、准确，适应于坎地沙坦酯分散片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of Candesartan cilexetil dispersible Tablets by HPLC. Methods： The chromatographic column was symmetry C18 （4.6 mm×50mm,5μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile, water, phosphoric acid and triethylamine （700：300：0.3：0.3） with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results： The linear range of concentration of Candesartan cilexetil was 1.062 5-10.500 0 μg/ml. The average recovery was 100.1% with a RSD of 0.24%. Conclusion： The method is simple, fast and accurate. It is suitable for content determination of Candesartan cilexetil dispersible Tablets. |
