米非司酮联合中药保留灌肠治疗复发性子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗复发性子宫内膜异位症的新方法。方法：对复发性子宫内膜异位症给予米非司酮，1次／d，每次12．5mg，同时联合中药保留灌肠，连用12周，以孕三烯酮2．5mg／次，1周2次，连续用药12周，为对照，观察其临床疗效、副作用及对血清E：的影响。结果：米非司酮联合中药保留灌肠和孕三烯酮治疗复发性子宫内膜异位症均能有效改善患者的临床症状，前者疗效更好，可使血清E：保持在卵泡期水平。结论：米非司酮联合中药保留灌肠治疗复发性子宫内膜异位症疗效优于孕三烯酮，副作用少、安全性高，患者易于接受，且不出现雌激素缺乏症状，停药后排卵功能恢复快，月经复潮时间短，有利于早日受孕。

Clinical study of Mifepristone and TCM retention enema in treatment of re-current endometriosis
