| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨白三烯受体拈抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效。方法：将2008年4月-2010年4月门诊收治的312例咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童分为激素吸入组152例，白三烯受体拈抗组160例，观察两组临床症状缓解时间、复发情况、临床疗效评价。结果：两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组临床症状缓解时间、复发情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：白三烯受体拈抗剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效确切，改善控制症状明显，可防止复发，副作用小，顺应性良好。
