| 摘 要： | 目的：研究制备枸橼酸钾缓释片的方法。方法：以硬脂酸为骨架材料，采用熔融法制备枸橼酸钾缓释片，并以体外释放度为评价指标，优化缓释片处方。结果：制备的缓释片释药行为符合设计要求。结论：该片工艺和处方简单，适合工业化生产，为水中极易溶解药物制备缓释片提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To prepare Potassium citrate sustained-release Tablets.Methods: The Tablets were prepared by melt method using stearic acid as matrix.Through the single factor test optimized the formulations,release rate in vitro as the evaluation index.Results: The Tablets release behavior meets the design requirements.Conclusion: The technology and formulation are simple,suitable for industrial production and provide the basis for preparation of sustained-release Tablets of highly water-soluble drugs. |
