| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖类抗原15-3（CA15-3）、癌胚抗原（CEA）及其联合检测对乳腺癌诊断的价值。方法采用电化学发光法检测65例女性乳腺癌患者、45例女性乳腺纤维瘤患者及20例女性乳腺体检正常者血清CA15-3、CEA含量,作灵敏性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值y、ouden指数、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、及ROC曲线（面积）等指标评价,并应用ROC曲线评估CA15-3、CEA在乳腺癌诊断临界值。结果 CA15-3以阳性预测值、阳性似然比最大;CEA以特异性、阴性似然比最大;CA15-3＋CEA联合检测以灵敏性、阴性预测值、youden指数及ROC曲线（面积）最大;CA15-3、CEA在乳腺癌诊断临界值分别为：20.3μ/ml4、.54 ng/ml。结论对CA15-3、CEA及两者联合检测的性能评价可提高乳腺癌早期诊断准确性,提升血清肿瘤标志物（TM）的实际应用价值。 |
