| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST）的MSCT诊断价值。材料与方法回顾性分析18例经手术病理证实的GIST患者的MSCT资料,并将CT表现与病理诊断进行对照。结果 18例患者共18个间质瘤,发生部位依次为胃8例、十二指肠2例、小肠5例、肠系膜3例;良性6例,交界性或潜在恶性7例,恶性5例;肿瘤大小2～18cm,小于或等于5cm者多为圆形或类圆形,密度均匀,增强后均匀强化,大于5cm者多为不规则分叶状,密度不均,中心可见小片或大片状低密度区,增强后呈不均匀强化;胃部间质瘤可见黏膜溃疡形成,肿块内伴发气体者1例,伴有钙化1例,2例伴有转移。结论 MSCT能显示更多的诊断信息,在GIST诊断中有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (gastrointestinal stromal tumors, GIST) of the MSCT diagnostic value. Materials and Methods 18 patients with pathologically confirmed GIST patients MSCT data were retrospectively analyzed ,and CT and pathological diagnosis were compared. Results 18 patients with a total of 18 stromal tumors, location were 8 cases of the stomach, duodenum in 2 cases, 5 cases of small intestine, mesentery 3; 6 cases of benign, borderline or potentially malignant in 7 cases, 5 cases ... |
