| 摘 要： | 目的研究肿瘤抑素（Tumstatin）185-203位氨基酸（19肽）对人卵巢癌细胞（SKOV3）的抑制作用,探讨其抑瘤作用机制。方法使用免疫组化、TUNEL方法检测肿瘤抑素19肽对SKOV3细胞增殖和凋亡的影响,以及caspase 3蛋白的表达情况。结果 19肽组抑瘤率可达36.47%,肿瘤细胞有明显的凋亡,caspase3蛋白的表达显著增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肿瘤抑素19肽可以明显地抑制裸鼠卵巢癌细胞的生长,其抑制卵巢癌的作用机制可能与其激活caspase通路有关。
