冠心病患者血浆脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2、IL-6及hs-CRP水平的变化

目的本研究主要观察血浆脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2（Lp-PLA2）水平在不同类型冠心病患者血浆中的变化，并与IL-6、hs-CRP相比较，以探讨其与冠心病的关系。方法选择经冠脉造影证实的冠心病患者共88例，其中稳定性心绞痛患者（SAP）31侧，不稳定性心绞痛患者（UAP）23例，急性心肌梗死患者（AMI）19例，另选冠脉造影正常的15例作为对照组，应用ELISA方法测定各组空腹血浆Lp-PLA2、IL-6及hs-CRP水平。结果正常对照组、SAP组、UAP组及AMI组血浆Lp-PLA，水平依次增高（F=188．52，P〈0．05）。冠心病患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平与IL-6、hs-CRP呈无显著相关（r分别为0．12，0．25，P均〉0．05）。结论血浆Lp-PLA2水平在冠心痛组明显升高，其中急性心肌梗死组最高，并与炎症标志物IL-6、hs-CRP无相关性，血浆Lp-PLA2可能作为炎症因子在冠心病的发生发展中起作用。

The Changes of Plasma Lp-PLA2,IL-6 and hs-CRP Level in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective The purpose of the investigation is to observe the changes of plasma Lp-PLA2 level in patients with coronary heart disease, and compared with the levels of 1L-6 and hs-CRP, to explore the relationship between visfatin and coronary heart disease. Methods A total number of 88 in-patients who received coronary angiography in our hospital. In coronary angiography, people were diagnosed coronary heart disease（CHD）; the coronary artery is normal for the control group in coronary angiography（n=15）; CHD were divided into three groups： stable angina pectoris（SAP） group（n=31）, unstable angina pectoris（UAP）group（n=23）, acute myocardial infarction（AMI）group（n=19）. The fasting plasma Cystain C, 1L-6 and hs- CRP were examined by ELISA. Results The plasma Lp-PLA2 level of the normal control ,SAP, UAP, AMI group increased by turn（F= 188.52, P〈0.05）. Correlated analysis demonstrated that the fasting plasma Lp-PLA： level was not correlated with the plasma levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP （r was 0.12,0.25, respectively, P〉0.05）.Coneltmion Lp-PLA2 was elevated in patients of coronary heart disease, and it may be an inflammatory factor participating in development and aggravation of the CHD.
