CT增强扫描中造影剂不良反应的护理与对策

目的观察护理干预在CT增强扫描中对造影剂不良反应的影响，提出降低造影剂不良反应的应对策略。方法选取我院自2011年10月至2012年3月收治的70例CT增强扫描患者作为研究对象，按照护理方法分为干预组和对照组各35例，比较两组患者发生造影剂的不良反应情况。结果干预组出现轻度不良反应1例，发生率为2．85％；对照组出现轻度不良反应2例，中度1例，发生率为8．57％。两组患者不良反应发生率比较具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论在CT增强扫描中实施护理干预措施可以降低患者造影剂不良反应发生率，同时加强不良反应的应对措施也十分必要。

Nursing and Countermeasures for the Adverse Reactions Caused by Contrast Agent in CT Enhancement Scanning

Objective The influence of nursing intervention on the adverse reactions caused by contrast agent in CT enhancement scanning is observed, and also the countermeasures for the adverse reactions caused by contrast agent are proposed. Methods 70 cases receiving CT enhancement scanning in the People＇s Hospital of Taishan from October 2011 to March 2012 were selected as study objects, and also were divided into intervention group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. Then, the adverse reactions caused by contrast agent in both groups were compared. Resuts In the intervention group, one case had a slightly adverse reaction, so the incidence was 2.85%; in the control group, two cases had a slightly adverse reaction and one case had a moderately adverse reaction, so the incidence was 8.57%. The comparison between two groups on the incidences of adverse reactions was with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Concluions The implementation of nursing intervention in CT enhancement scanning can help patients reduce the incidence Of the adverse reactions caused by contrast agent, and also it is very necessary to strengthen the for adverse reactions.
