| 摘 要： | 通过对医生在医疗保险中双重代理身份的分析,阐明了医生的双重代理人身份必然带来医生的道德风险的观点,而我国对医疗机构的财政投入不足又加重了这一问题的影响,建议必须从解决信息不均衡和管理制度改革入手来防范医生的道德风险,同时还要加大财政投入的力度.

| Abstract: | This text expounds the standpoint that the doctor's double agent identity must bring the morals risk through the analysis of it in medical insurance, and the financial input to the medical organization of our country is so insufficient as to make this problems more serious, so we must take precautions against the doctor's morals risk from solving the unbalanced information, reforming the management system and increasing the financial input. |
