摘    要:目的通过对汽车外饰系统有限公司沈阳工厂项目在生产过程中产生的职业病危害进行分析,说明该项目生产过程存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,探讨控制技术及防护措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,对建设项目进行评价。结果生产过程中工人接触的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘(聚丙烯粉尘)、毒物(甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、丁醇、丁酮)和噪声;除涂装区底漆间、清漆间的甲苯、二甲苯短时间接触浓度超标,粉碎间噪声超标外,其余作业岗位职业病危害因素均合格。结论该建设项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的,但应加强职业卫生管理和防噪声的综合措施。

Abstract:[Objective]To identify the occupational hazards in the production process in a factory of limited company for automotive exterior decorating systems in Shenyang City,to indicate the occupational hazards in the production process and discuss the control and protection measures.[Methods]The data and information were collected by occupational hygiene field investigation,occupational hygiene monitoring and other methods to evaluate this project.[Results]The main occupational hazards in the producing process that workers exposed to are dust(polypropylene dust),toxicants(toluene,xylene,butyl acetate,butanol,butanone) and noise.Except for short-term exposure concentration of toluene,xylene in painting area of primer coat room and varnish room and noise in crushed room,the results of occupational hazards tests in other operating positions were qualified.[Conclusion]Occupational hazards protective measures in this project are effective and feasible,the occupational health management and integrated measures for anti-noise should be strengthened.
