广州市木质家具制造行业主要职业病危害调查

目的了解广州市木质家具行业主要职业病危害状况,为职业病防治提供依据。方法进行现场调查和根据国家职业卫生标准规定的方法进行检测及评价。结果木质家具行业主要职业病危害因素是木粉尘、噪声和甲醛,采样点其合格率分别为46.3%、17.3%和85.4%。结论广州市木质家具行业存在粉尘、噪声和甲醛等职业病危害。应采取防尘与噪声防护措施,加强职业健康监护、卫生监督及卫生宣传教育。

Survey of main occupation hazards in the wooden furniture manufacturing industry of Guangzhou City

[Objective] To investigate the main occupational hazards in he wooden furniture manufacturing industry of Guangzhou City,and provide evidence for occupational disease control.[Methods] Field investigation and detection and evaluation based on the national occupational health standard were performed.[Results] The main occupational hazards in wooden furniture industry were wood dust,noise and formaldehyde,the qualified rate of sampling points were respectively 46.3%,17.3% and 85.4%.[Conclusion] Occupational hazards of dust,noise and formaldehyde exist in wooden furniture manufacturing industry of Guangzhou City.It is necessary to take protection measures against dust and noise,to strengthen the occupational health surveillance,health supervision and health education.
