后循环缺血性眩晕急性发作期的中医证候类型初探

目的 收集后循环缺血性眩晕急性发作期患者的中医四诊信息,对其中医证候类型进行初步观察.方法 通过病例调查表的形式收集符合标准的患者信息,对获得的中医四诊信息进行聚类分析和因子分析,对结果进行专业解读,分析证候类型.结果 经聚类分析处理后,可将主要的四诊信息聚为10个类别;经探索性因子分析后,可从四诊信息中抽取8个共因子.结论 对比聚类分析和探索性因子分析的结果,取二者中成分相近的6个症状群作为后循环缺血性眩晕急性发作时常见的证候类型,分别命名为类风痰证、类热证、类肝郁痰热证、类肝阴虚证、类气虚证、类脾虚湿阻证.

A Preliminary Study of TCM Syndrome in Acute Stage of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo

Objective:To investigate the TCM syndrome of acute stage of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV) from informations of TCM four examinations from patients.Methods:Informations from patients were collected who met the inclusive criteria in the way of cases questionnaire.And then,these informations were used to analyse the syndrome type by the cluster analysis and the factor analysis.Results:From the cluster analysis,there were 10 categories from main four examinations and there were 8 common factors from informations from the factor analysis.Conclusion:Basing on the similar symptoms,tongues and pulses,we extract 6 TCM syndromes from results as the common types in acute stage of PCIV.These syndrome types are named as follows: the similar wind-phlegm syndrome,the similar heat attacking syndrome,the similar liver qi obstruction with phlegm-heat disturbance syndrome,the similar liver yin deficiency syndrome,the similar qi deficiency syndrome and the similar syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency.
