阿托品东莨菪碱对脑中乙酰胆碱含量的影响

摘    要:放射免疫法测定大鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱含量,大脑皮层和低位脑干分别为27.5±5.24和32.77±3.87,阿托品和东莨菪碱均可使皮层Ach含量显著下降,分别为46%和42%。低位脑干Ach含量亦有下降趋势,但经统计学处理差异无显著性。对降低原因和在生理功能中地位进行了讨论。

Abstract:The Ach content was determined in different parts of rat brain by means of radioimmunoassay.In the cerebral cortex the Ach content was significantly decreased by atropine and scopolamine from 27.53+5.24 to 14.93+1.49 and 15.96+3.59 pmol/mg ( P<0.01 ) .In the lower brain stem tended to decrease too,though the change was statistically insignificant ( from 32.77+3.89 to 29.1+4.34 and 28.35+5.03 pmol/mg respectively, P>0.05). These results may be explained by the possibility that the block takes place at presynapses and results in an increased Ach release.
