正交试验法优选黄芪水提工艺的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究黄芪水提工艺,为黄芪制剂的生产提供参考依据。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验表进行黄芪最佳水提工艺的优选,考察煎煮次数A、煎煮时间B、加水量C3个因素对黄芪浸膏粉质量的影响。结果:最佳水提工艺为A_2B_1C_3,即煎煮次数为2次,煎煮时间为3.5h,加水量为16倍。结论:该工艺可用于指导黄芪制剂的生产。

Abstract:VE: To study on water extracting technology of A. membrannaceus var. mongholieus providing reference evidence for it and its preparetion in production. METHODS: Optinization of water extracting technology of A. membrannaceusvar. mongholieus was used by orthogonal experiment table L9(34). It was investigated three factors,decoction times A. decoction time B,and adding water quantity C. RESULTS:The best water extracting technology was A2 B1 C3, namely decocting 2 times, 3. 5 hours and adding16 times water. CONCLUSION: The experimental studies showed that the technology could be used to guide production of A. membrannaceusvar. mongholieus and its preparation.
