摘    要:目的 探讨严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的X线和CT表现,以提高对本病的认识。资料与方法 回顾性分析我院收治的37例SARS病例,所有患者均摄有胸部X线片,6例行胸部CT平扫。结果 SARS胸部X线表现分为5型,其中局限型7例(19%),局限扩散型21例(57%),间质型2例(5%),间质扩散型5例(14%),结节-实变型2例(5%)。结论 X线和CT对SARS的诊断具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To discuss radiographic and CT manifestations of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) , to make a further understanding of the disease. Materials and Methods Imaging findings in 37 patients with SARS were retrospectively analyzed. Conventional chest radiography was performed in all patients, and additional plain CT scanning of the chest in 6 patients. Results The imaging manifestations of SARS could be divided into five patterns: (1) localized pattern ( n = 1, 19%); (2) localized spreading-out pattern (n = 21, 57% ) ; (3) interstitial pattern ( n = 2, 5% ); (4) interstitial spreading-out pattern ( n = 5, 14% ); and (5) nodule-consolidation pattern (n = 2, 5% ) . Conclusion SARS presents certain characteristic imaging features. Both X-ray and CT scanning are of great value in the diagnosis of the disease. A combination of imaging findings with clinical data is necessary for making a correct diagnosis.
